Delta E.Pro Services SRL company was founded in 1997, based on the experience gained by it's owner in scientific research - Research Institute for Computer Technology (till 1989) and the development of the first public Web sites in Romania (from 1995):
In partnership with Kappa Servexim SRL company, Delta begun the development of the first portal from Romania (Kappa.ro) on a Lotus Notes Domino platform, and represented the Kappa company as Lotus Business Partner.
Kappa.ro worked on the Lotus Notes Domino platform till 2002 and remains the most visited Romanian web site:
Joining other two companies, Media Concept SRL (www.mc.ro) and SmartNet Software SRL, in 1999 was founded the Kappa Group, in which Delta played the role of Lotus Notes Domino integrator.

Changing it's name to Delta E.Pro SRL in 2003, as a subcontractor of IQ Management SRL company, begins the development of intranets, complex management applications, interfaced exclusively on Web, using Lotus Notes Domino version 6.5 and IBM iSeries and Power processor-based IBM BladeCenter blade (since 2009) server platform:
